The SGSC libraries serve students, faculty and staff as a fundamental resource for higher learning.  The Douglas Campus' William S. Smith Library is located between Engram Hall and Thrash Hall. The Waycross Campus library is centrally located in the Administrative Building. I encourage you to take advantage of this resource for various research needs, for a place to study and complete class work without distractions, and for enjoying recreational library resources in your personal downtime.

Both print and electronic resources are readily accessible within the library.  Electronic resources are also accessible through the SGSC Libraries’ website, including the online GIL-Find Catalog, GALILEO (Georgia Library Learning Online), and several locally subscribed databases. If you haven’t already visited the library, the staff and I invite you to learn more about our resources and services by dropping by the library and requesting a guided tour.

We are here to assist in meeting your informational needs. Please take advantage of the reference and research assistance we offer, and let us know how else we may help you!
