The function of repair and routine maintenance, energy management, and special projects are scheduled, performed, and managed for more than 687,166 square feet of building floor space.  Landscaping and Grounds Maintenance care for the many plant species residing on a campus in excess of 340 acres.  They also construct and maintain irrigation systems, curbs, gutters, sidewalks, and athletic fields.
