Vehicle Usage Form

Anyone needing a campus vehicle should call Rhonda Blount 912-449-7530 (Waycross Campus) or Autumn Prescott 912-260-4383 (Douglas Campus)  to be sure the particular vehicle is available before completing the form.

Only college employees who have completed the required driver training and MVR check are eligible to use campus vehicles.  Students are not allowed to drive. 

It is the driver’s responsibility to obtain the key from Physical Plant prior to their trip, and to return the key promptly along with beginning and ending mileage.
